Born in Red Deer, Alberta over 15 years ago, our passion for quality guides everything we do from sourcing ethically grown coffees from some of the most remarkable producers around the world, to carefully roasting each batch to highlight the unique character and complexity of its origin.

Every detail matters. We roast in small batches on our Toper TKMSX-5E roaster, dialling in profiles with precision and intention. We brew with the same focus in our cafés, where every shot of espresso, every pour-over, and every latte is crafted to showcase the work of the farmers, the roasters, and the baristas who make it possible.
